1) Bring your own bags to the grocery store, department store — every store! They're sustainable and easily available.
2) Use a re-usable bottle and/or mug for beverages. Don't contribute to plastic filling up our landfills.
3) Eat Organic. Pesticides and chemicals are not
good for us and they are definitely not
good for the planet.
